개인정보 처리방침

별말("앱")은 사용자가 직접 다녀온 가게의 후기를 작성하는 데 도움을 주는 글쓰기 도우미 앱입니다. 본 처리방침은 별말이 어떤 정보를 다루는지, 무엇을 다루지 않는지 명확히 알려드리는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 이메일, 이름, 전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보 일체 수집하지 않습니다.
- 위치 정보, 사진, 연락처, 카메라, 마이크에 접근하지 않습니다.
- 광고 식별자(IDFA, AAID 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 외부 분석 SDK(Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel 등)를 일체 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 수집·이용 정보
별말이 다루는 데이터는 사용자가 앱에 직접 입력한 다음 항목뿐입니다:
- 메뉴 메모 — 다녀온 가게에서 드신 음식에 대한 짧은 텍스트
- 별점 — 1~5점 사이의 만족도
- 선택한 태그 — 사용자가 직접 고른 후기 태그 (최대 3개)
위 정보는 AI가 후기 한 줄을 생성하기 위한 입력으로만 사용됩니다.
3. 데이터 처리 및 보관
- 입력하신 텍스트는 후기 생성 요청을 위해 별말의 서버(Cloudflare Workers)로 전송됩니다.
- 해당 서버는 개인 식별이 가능한 형태로 데이터를 저장하지 않습니다.
- 디버깅 목적의 익명 로그는 최대 30일간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 생성된 후기는 사용자의 기기에만 표시되며, 별말 서버는 결과물을 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
별말은 후기 생성을 위해 다음 외부 모델 제공자의 API를 사용합니다:
위 제3자에 전송되는 데이터는 메뉴 메모·별점·선택한 태그뿐이며, 사용자 식별 정보는 포함되지 않습니다. 각 제공자의 개인정보 처리방침이 추가로 적용됩니다.
5. 자동 게시 없음
별말은 생성된 후기를 네이버 지도, 카카오 맵, 구글 지도 등 외부 서비스에 자동으로 게시하지 않습니다. 사용자가 직접 후기를 복사하여 원하는 서비스에 붙여넣어야 합니다. 별말은 사용자를 대신해 어떤 외부 서비스에도 로그인하거나 게시하지 않습니다.
6. 사용자의 권리
별말은 사용자 계정을 제공하지 않으므로 사용자별로 저장된 정보가 없습니다. 따라서 정보 열람·수정·삭제 요청 대상이 되는 별말 측 저장 데이터는 존재하지 않습니다.
7. 변경 사항
본 처리방침이 변경될 경우, 변경 후 별말 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 중대한 변경의 경우 30일 이상 사전 공지합니다.

Byeolmal ("the app") is a writing-assist tool that helps users compose restaurant reviews for places they've personally visited. This policy clarifies what data we handle and, importantly, what we don't.
1. Data we do NOT collect
- No personally identifying information — no email, name, phone number, or account.
- No access to location, photos, contacts, camera, or microphone.
- No advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID).
- No third-party analytics SDKs.
2. Data we do handle
Only what the user explicitly types into the app:
- Menu memo — short text describing what they ate
- Star rating — 1–5
- Selected tags — user-picked review tags (max 3)
This data is used solely as input for the AI that generates the review draft.
3. Processing and retention
- Input text is sent to our backend (Cloudflare Workers) to make the review generation request.
- The backend does not store the data in any user-identifiable form.
- Anonymized debug logs are retained ≤ 30 days then auto-deleted.
- The generated review is shown only on the user's device; the backend does not store the output.
4. Third parties
For review generation we call third-party LLM APIs:
- OpenAI — input text is sent to the model API.
- xAI (Grok) — used as fallback when the OpenAI call fails.
What we send: menu memo, star rating, selected tags. No user identifier is attached. Each provider's privacy policy applies additionally.
5. No automated posting
Byeolmal does not auto-post reviews to Naver Maps, Kakao Map, Google Maps, or any other external service. The user manually copies the review and pastes it themselves. We do not log into any third-party service on behalf of the user.
6. User rights
Because the app has no accounts, there is no per-user data we hold to retrieve, modify, or delete.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll announce material changes via in-app notice or on this page at least 30 days in advance.
